Last updated: 17 October 2026

1. About these terms

Virtual Vidhya (virtualvidhya.com), operated by [VIRTUAL VIDHYA] (“we”, “us”), sells digital study material, including the CBSE Class 12 Accountancy Conceptual PPT pack. The pack is delivered as encrypted files that open only in the Virtual Vidhya viewer app. By starting a trial or buying a plan you agree to these terms.

2. What you receive

You receive a licence to view the pack. You do not own the files or the content. The licence is personal to the buyer named at purchase.

3. Licence rules

  • Use the pack only for your own teaching or study, on the number of devices in your plan.
  • Do not copy, share, resell, upload, redistribute, record, screenshot or photograph the slides for others, and do not try to remove the watermark, bypass the protection or reverse engineer the viewer.
  • Your name and mobile number appear on the slides. Any leak can be traced to the licence holder.
  • The licence cannot be transferred to another person.

4. Plans and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and are listed on the Pricing Details page. Prices are inclusive of GST. Payment is taken online through Razorpay. Each plan is prepaid for its term (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and does not renew automatically. Access ends on the expiry date and returns when you renew.

5. Free trial

The free trial lasts 7 days from first activation, covers 3 chapters you choose, and works on 1 device. One trial is allowed per person, mobile number, email and device. We may withdraw a trial that is misused.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or cancel a licence without refund if you breach these terms, share or resell the material, or give false information.

7. Content

The material is a teaching aid prepared for the CBSE Class 12 Accountancy syllabus. Virtual Vidhya is not affiliated with or endorsed by CBSE. We take care over accuracy but do not guarantee exam results.

8. Availability

The viewer needs an internet connection to activate and to check your licence from time to time. We aim for reliable service but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Intellectual property

All slides, designs, text, logos and software are owned by Virtual Vidhya or its licensors.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [GHAZIABAD, UTTAR PRADESH] have jurisdiction.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. Questions: see our Contact Us page or write to virtualvidhya@gmail.com.
